  表示接受者处于主动,而且是高兴地接受、同意。

  表示接受者处于被动的地位,不管接受者愿意与否,仅表示收到某物。

  to say that someone has done sth wrong or be committed a crime
  表示对一般犯错行为的指责或对犯罪的指控、控告,其后搭配使用的介词为 of。
  charge 动 指责(公开的); 指控;控告
  to claim openly that someone or sth is bad; to accuse someone officially of committing a crime
  表示对一般犯错行为的公开指责或正式对犯罪提出指控、控告,其后搭配使用的介词为 with。
