The economy was booming. People had more money than they knew what to do with. And then the earthquake struck. Katagiri returns home to find a giant frog in his apartment on a mission to save Tokyo from a massive burrowing worm. 'When he gets angry, he causes earthquakes,' says Frog. 'And right now he is very, very angry'.

評分 評分 評分##村上春樹的短篇小說是憑意像取勝的，像詩歌裏的意像一樣新穎，準確，例如《UFO》裏空空的包裹，《Super frog》裏的無私無畏的大青蛙，《Thailand》裏長在身體裏的石頭（如果你有秘密，身體就會有石頭）《landscape with Flatiron》裏的bonefire，想到這個意像小說已經成功一半瞭。閱讀村上春樹的短篇小說非常愉快，所以通常讀完沉重的書就讀一本。
評分##看瞭看上次的標記，已經距離第一次讀過去瞭快十年瞭。真是可怕。其實村上的短故事比他的長篇文學性要好。他長篇真的掌控不好符號的結構和故事的推進。倒是短篇最後的反轉永遠特彆帥氣。
評分##由日文譯為英文，再由文字轉為朗讀，再由朗讀者的聲音信號映射成我腦海中的形象，我沒有立場說我讀懂瞭村上想要錶達的。但還是挺喜歡，一場地震，不僅僅影響瞭直接受難的人們，也間接影響瞭主動或被動關注它的人們，繼而又影響瞭與這些人相關的人們……正如地震四散的震波，如漣漪一般，一波一波鋪展襲來，久久不能平息。
