馬德琳·米勒（MadelineMiller，1978.7.24-）
作傢、教師、莎士比亞戲劇導演。
1978年齣生於波士頓，在紐約和費城長大，就讀於布朗大學，獲得古典文學學士和碩士學位。曾在芝加哥大學和耶魯大學戲劇學院學習，在那裏，她專注於研究如何使經典文本以現代形式改編。在過去的十五年裏，她一直在教高中生拉丁語、希臘語和莎士比亞戲劇。

##被媒體標簽為女權小說...好吧...有一個有自己思想有能力的女主角就是女權瞭麼....到是不知道在哪看到的#MeToo小說比較符閤內容。故事挺好的，講述的方式也很喜歡。但是被評價為page turning... Hmmm...這個故事還沒達到讓我拿起來放不下的地步，就是正常的速度看完吧..至於說什麼時間綫不太對啥的，Greek Mythology本來就有很多時間綫讓人細想起來很有問題的啊，比如Helen的年齡啊啥的...

評分##越來越不靜心，同樣篇幅的書，以前可以兩天三天讀完，現在至少一周。但是《喀爾刻》讀的比較快，是自己喜歡的類型。很奇怪的一件事情，明明已經人到中年，卻偏偏越來越喜歡成長類書籍，尤其是女性成長類的書籍。比如《我的天纔女友》比如《阿加莎自傳》，再比如這本《喀耳刻》...
