評分##chap1 1-30 chap3 48-72 chap7 128-168 這本書還不錯,從項目整理上對交互設計的流程有一個比較全麵的介紹,不區分實體産品設計還是網絡産品設計還是服務設計,比較通用的方法論體係。接手新東西的時候,可以作為很好的理論參考,不過要是深入瞭解各方麵,還是要看更細化的書。

評分##這本書不但對交互設計來源和本質做瞭很好的介紹,而且係統性地總結齣交互設計的基本方法。脈絡清晰,深入淺齣。 第7章給我的啓發較多,不僅從心理學的角度講述瞭交互設計的門道(如:希剋定律, 7±2法則),還從人類工程學、計算機科學、管理學的角度分享瞭設計實踐的方法(如:費茨定律,泰思勒定律,新鄉重夫原則 )。 當然,這本書仍然具有一定局限性,有許多黃金法則並沒有被提到。例如,六度分隔理論、格式塔理論、奧卡姆剃刀定律等。
