##聽完的有聲書，還好是閑暇時聽的，不值得細讀的一本書。這本書所談的道理可以在其他更經典的書中印證，比如name, eye contact, be the first to say hello，be interested in others, open-ended question。還是要在實踐中不斷摸索調整。掌握small talk的技巧很重要。

##對如何溝通有一點點幫助，但不少列齣的ice breaker都像是麵試或者查戶口，比較尷尬，兩星半。I do hope anyone struggle with small talk, truly winning at small talk, fake it for a while till it becomes second nature.

##作者描述的曾經的形象，每一條都是我。。。被作者一一提齣來，纔意識到自己以前踩過的坑是什麼。全文看下來是有些幫助的，主要是fake it till make it 的精神。有些內容重復瞭，但也當作學英文瞭，很多描述工作中可用

##Tips 都挺尷尬的，問題其實在於對大多數人並沒有 genuine interest。所以得先 fake 一下，以 small talk 作為過渡，說不定就能發現真正的 genuine interest，順利進入 real conversation。
