這本書整體質量還不錯。內容來說更注重鍛煉動作細節,如果都能把握好鍛煉細節這樣更有利於身體健康在鍛煉的時候不用盲目性的做動作而稀裏糊塗的讓肌肉受傷,所以這本說還是有很大的研讀性,喜歡鍛煉的大咖們可以藉鑒參考。
