Gisele Caroline Bündchen is a Brazilian model and actress. Since 2004, Bündchen has been among the highest-paid models in the world, and as of 2007 was the 16th richest woman in the entertainment industry. In 2012, she placed first on the Forbes top-earning models list.

評分##A thing or two about Gisele: 1. Extremely self-disciplined, hard-working. 2. Grew up in small village in Brazil, which explains her love for nature. 3. Raised in Catholic family, very family-oriented. 4. Left her hometown at 14 and started from scratch in NYC. 5. Devoted to eat well, exercise, meditation after panic attack in her twenties. TBC

評分##錶達很口語化，缺少結構，內容跳來跳去。全書3分之一是自傳，3分之2是所謂的lessons。lessons真沒學到，隻看到瞭得天獨厚的外形天賦和性格優勢。不如全寫成自傳，讓讀者自己去汲取養分吧
評分 評分##作為麻豆我真的一點都不喜歡她，但是這本書值得一聽，尤其對於年輕女性。感覺像在聽一個朋友慢慢講述自己的經曆還有領悟。（當然audiobook不是她念的。
