　　《小学英语词汇完全手册（最新修订版）》列出了人教版（PEP）小学英语8册教材出现的全部单词。为了让学生全面掌握每一个单词，本手册列出了每个单词及其音标、中文、说明、例句及中文意译等，其中单词在相应的例旬中是以斜体出现的，黑体的例句是“Let"stalk”的重要句型。
　　本手册采用了独特首创的表格排版方式，这首先使整本书的内容比较有条理化，在学生的学习过程中，便于他们进行单词间的比较。同时因为一个单词的相关内容以一行排列，也便于学生对每个单词进行整体记忆。而这种排版方式最重要的意义是便于学生独立地进行遮拦式复习测试，如可用纸遮住单词和例句一部分，可根据中文意思中默写英语，反过来也一样。
　　为了便于老师组织学生复习或学生自习，本书按每个单词在教材中出现的先后次序进行编排，并分别列出它的序号以及出现的章节，因此本手册可以作为学生学习英语的同步词汇学习手册。
