评分##这本书大概营销做得好，居然能在亚马逊育儿书里进前十。不如去读尹建莉的书。核心知识点，就是对孩子要多爱少管，做孩子的顾问和后盾，让孩子掌舵自己的生活。书中的许多案例，都是对学龄孩子的焦虑抑郁问题的。而这两位作者，由于工作关系，接触到这些孩子的时候，他们的问题已经形成了。如果孩子在学龄前就一直对自己的生活有掌控感，大概率不会出现书中案例类似的情况。如果孩子已经有问题了，可以读一读，学一些。如果孩子还小，去读尹建莉的书吧，至少可读心比这本书还好一点。

评分##Our role as adults is not to force them to follow the track we’ve laid out for them; it’s to help them develop the skills to figure out the track that’s right for them. They will need to find their own way - and to make independent course corrections - for the rest of their lives.
评分##父母的首要任务是培养孩子的自主自驱，让孩子为自己的人生负责，这个理念我是认同的（相信大多数人也是认同的）。书中例子很多，但很简单，矛盾简单，解决路径也简单，大多靠“话聊”就有效果… 没看到新鲜的理论或实用的tips。最大的感受是，父母首先自己得成为self-driven parents.
评分##看了1/5，我已经没啥自驱力看下去了，，，太拖沓，以后有时间再补。举例都很没说服力，无法认同。
评分##美国白左家庭的育儿书。缺乏关于脑科学的讨论。事实依据多是个案，缺乏说服力。
评分我从育儿书里学到的人生经验和道理比其他励志书都多很多：）
