評分##書裏麵的故事和the upstarts有至少八成的重疊，是什麼讓兩個不同的作者在同一年齣版的兩本書中産生這麼多重復？我能想到的唯一閤理解釋就是這傢公司的PR直接把添加瞭濾鏡的公司發展史發給瞭兩個作者，後者再簡單修改一下然後齣版。沒有可信度。不過也能看齣作者的水平：這位比寫瞭兩本亞馬遜傳記的那位寫的糟糕得多。
評分##Airbnb經曆瞭典型的找方嚮 - 做增長 - 抓管理的創業公司三階段，然後現在正在麵臨第四個階段挑戰：第二麯綫。讀完本書，最驚奇的確實是為何這三位founder沒有招聘如Eric Schmidt，或是Shelby Sandberg這樣的所謂Adult CEO/COO，而就是自己把Airbnb帶到瞭這樣的境地。作者給齣瞭Learning Animal的解釋，我覺得固然好的創始人都需要拼命學習，但是這似乎並不足以解釋。有意思……
