政府支齣。是指整個國傢中各級政府支齣的總和，由具體的支齣項目構成，主要可以分為政府購買和政府轉移支付兩類。政府購買是指政府對商品和勞務的購買，如購買軍需品、機關公用品、政府雇員報酬、公共項目工程所需的支齣等都屬於政府購買。政府購買支齣是決定國民收入大小的主要因素之一，其規模直接關係到社會總需求的增減。購買支齣對整個社會總支齣水平具有十分重要的調節作用。政府轉移支付是指政府在社會福利保險、貧睏救濟和補助等方麵的支齣。轉移支付不能算作國民收入的組成部分，它所做的僅僅是通過政府將收入在不同社會成員之間進行轉移和重新分配。
