內容提要


“農傢書屋”工程是由統一規劃、組織實施的農村文化建設的基礎性工程,也是滿足廣大農民群眾基本文化需求、保障廣大農民群眾基本文化權益的一項民生工程。
2008年是“農傢書屋”工程全麵建設的年。從2006年提齣試點,2007年開始實施,至2015年,這項工程將覆蓋全國每一個行政村。中央財政將投入補助資金6億元用以推動“農傢書屋”工程建設。其中,對中部地區的河北、山西、吉林、黑龍江、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南、海南等十省,中央財政將按照每個農傢書屋投入2萬元的建設標準,補助50%的建設資金,即每個農傢書屋補助1萬元;對西部地區的內濛古、廣西、重慶、四川、貴州、雲南、陝西、甘肅、青海、寜夏、新疆、西藏等十二省(區、市),中央財政將按照每個農傢書屋投入2萬元的建設標準,補助80%的建設資金,即每個農傢書屋補助1.6萬元。“農傢書屋”工程在解決廣大農村地區“買書難、藉書難、看書難”問題的同時,也將讓農民群眾分享到改革開放帶來的物質文明成果和社會主義文化發展成果。
