内容简介

《全国高等学校教材：卫生化学（第7版）（供预防医学类专业用）》的绪论部分增加了“卫生分析的一般过程”，使读者在学习教材的初始阶段，就能更多地了解卫生化学的整体；第二章增加了浊点萃取、泡沫浮选、吹气捕集等较先进的样品预处理方法；第三章增加了“卫生分析过程中化学计量学方法的应用”，删减了“计量认证及实验室认可”的内容；鉴于近几年一些新分析方法的应用更加普遍，因此加强了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、离子色谱法、毛细管电泳法、质谱法和常用快速检验方法的内容，这几部分内容都由原来一节的篇幅改为独立成章；删减了卫生分析中应用较少的化学发光分析法、库伦分析法和经典极谱分析法。全书共18章，主要内容包括三部分：卫生分析中常用的光谱分析方法、电化学分析方法和色谱分析方法，此外还有质谱法和常用快速检验方法；样品的采集、保存和预处理方法；分析数据的处理和分析工作的质量保证。 本教材适用于预防医学本科（五年制）学生，可作为本专业研究生及指导教师的参考书，也可作为卫生检验人员和其他专业仪器分析课程参考教材。
